If you are in the military, a police officer, fire fighter or EMT, you are eligible to receive a 5% reduction on your monthly rental rate. If you know a safety person who is looking for an apartment and you refer him/her to a Signature Community location any where in the country, remember you will also each get a $150 referral fee.
